It’s the perfect accompaniment to your seafood smorgasbord. One of our favorites among the other food they serve is their made-to-order custom pasta. Seafood can be found at several stations, especially for dinner, including offerings such as shrimp shumai, sushi and sashimi, shrimp cocktail, octopus salad, creamy shrimp and shell pasta, and garlic butter spiced prawns. Then there’s the Hearth, a section focusing on oven-baked dishes and also the Smoke and Fire, the BBQ and grilled section with meat, non-meat, and sauce selections, and Sweet and Light, the go-to for dessert and sweet delicacies. The further stations are The Roastery, which of course, is where you’ll find roasted meats and things you wouldn’t expect to be roasted. Their seven stations include World Pan, a collection of favorites from around the world Revival, the go-to spot for health-conscious individuals and The Greenery, a salad bar with traditional and unique selections. The ACYE Buffet organizes its dishes not by region or cuisine but rather by the style of cooking. It’s definitely a hidden gem that a lot of people know about. The Palms has their AYCE Buffet, which is a newer addition to the mirage of Las Vegas buffets, opening in 2017 and has made quite the name for itself in a short time. Definitely don’t skip out on the crispy beef and this was my favorite, it’s a little sweet, crispy and packed with flavor.Īs we waited for our food we were surprised on how busy the restaurant got. If there are soup dumplings on the menu I usually order these and wasn’t disappointed, tasty soup inside, and dumpling wrapper wasn’t too delicate that it remained intact during the transfer to my spoon. We ordered the stir-fried green beans, crispy beef, mama’s special chow mein, shrimp fried rice and the pork soup dumplings. Decided to pass this time around but next time I’m gonna order these before I even sit down. I wanted to try the mama’s special pan fried buns but the waiter said they are made to order and take about 45 minutes! Kinda disappointing since we didn’t want to wait that long. We were originally looking for dim sum but found ourselves here even though they don’t do dim sum. From the outside I would have never found this place on my own or decided to give it a try if I drove by but glad we did. It’s located in a unassuming shopping plaza with not much around and not in the old Chinatown plaza. This restaurant was on my list from a Las Vegas foodie blogger that I follow and I am so pleased I went with her recommendation. The food was barely mediocre, service/system is atrocious and the bill was $90+. This was AFTER I'd already given them a 20% tip on app order, in good faith. None of my notes for the right amount of plastic ware, plates (there are two of us, splitting an entree and had to take turns eating from out of a single box container?!), or extra soy was acknowledged/fulfilled. If I hadn't already had paid I would've aborted the mission. ![]() 5-10 minutes later she finally acknowledged me and my order had been sitting there becoming lukewarm. Unreal? Watched an employee walk a "to go" bag from kitchen to within a foot from me on the "to go" station and walked away. Then there are zero benches for waiting so I sat myself on a barstool that sort of looked like a bar yet no one acknowledged me they excel at NOT making eye contact. It took me 25 minutes to get my order submitted. I was forced to use their app but it kept crashing. Then there is the hotel's pathetic WiFi signal. Although you will pay top dollar there isn't any way to communicate a modification. ![]() Frustrating that there isn't an option to deal with a human being if you want takeout. ![]()
